Powerchair Fooball Club
One Club, Three Teams, Endless Opportunities
Greater Manchester Powerchair Football Club (GMPFC) gives disabled children and adults the opportunity to play competitive sport, build friendships and be part of a supportive community.
Through Powerchair football, our players develop confidence, teamwork and independence while enjoying the excitement of being part of a team. The club offers far more than just sport — it helps players learn valuable life skills, create lasting friendships and experience a real sense of belonging.
We are one club with three teams, supporting players at different stages of their journey. Our development squad, Altrincham Bees, provides a welcoming environment for players who are learning the game and developing their skills. Our national league teams, Altrincham PFC and Manchester United PFC, compete at the highest levels of the sport.
At the heart of GMPFC is a dedicated team of volunteers. All of our coaches and trustees generously give their time to support the players and help the club continue to grow, ensuring that powerchair football remains inclusive, accessible and enjoyable for everyone involved.
